WDDD® KETTLEBELLS this 30 min class is packed with a punch, high energy, high intensity and high reps make this challenging but again doable if you work at your own level
WDDD® BUTTS AND GUTS this class targets core work. Front and back of the entire torso focused on movement, reps and form.
