WDDD® POWER PYRAMID is a ladder workout of ascending and descending sets.  The primary goal is larger muscles groups and higher heart rates. 

WDDD® KETTLEBELLS this 30 min class is packed with a punch, high energy, high intensity and high reps make this challenging but again doable if you work at your own level

WDDD® BUTTS AND GUTS this class targets core work.  Front and back of the entire torso focused on movement, reps and form.

WDDD® TOTAL BODY is our 15 mins of abs, 15 legs, 15 arms, 15 cardio. Body weight functional fitness exercises designed to work the entire body

WDDD® SPIN is a super high energy, sprints, climbs and combo spinning class

WDDD® LIFT is weight training incorporating varied sets of dumbbells in stacked single rep and double rep sets
