12 WEEK TRAINING
WDDD® 12 WEEK LIFESTYLE
* WDDD® 12 week training will include (24 one hour sessions) meeting 2X per week (both Inside and outside gym TBA)
* Weekly WDDD® workout challenges and incentives with rewards to earn AH WDDD® Challenge coins/WDDD® Wristbands/WDDD® as well as free additional training days for meeting goals.
* WDDD® Training will include WDDD® Nutrition 101 – booklet/pamphlet with Nutritional Suggestions/Guidelines used in accordance with the AHA for healthy alternative meal planning/food choices/caloric intake for overall health benefits and body fat percentage reduction..
* Weekly WDDD® Life challenges/journaling/goal setting/prioritizing time management (as simple as parking in a different parking space) it’s all about habit changing
* Cardio Vascular Training through aerobic and anaerobic exercises utilizing equipment as well as Body Weight Plyometrics
* Body Mass Index explanations and BMR calculations as well as Body Measurements/beginning photos/measurements to track success
* Communication through email/FB Fan Page/other social media outlets to provide daily tips, empowerment, informative healthy lifestyle components, motivation, encouragement, support and a little humor to go along with working so hard!)
*Breaking habits, establishing goals, building self-esteem, changing body composition, and creating smiles!
