THIS IS A GLOBAL COMMUNITY OF RUNNERS AND INDIVIDUALS TRAINING ACROSS THE GLOBE.

20 WEEKS IN PREPARATION FOR RNR DC  HALF/FULL (VIRTUAL or IN PERSON)

WDDD® RUN TRAINING BEGINS NOVEMBER 15TH, 2020

 

COUCH TO 5K (3.1 miles)        8   weeks $175 

10K (6 miles)                            12  weeks $225

Half marathon                         16  weeks $275

Full marathon                          20  weeks $325

Ultra 20 weeks                         20  weeks $325 

The following will be covered for your WDDD® RUN training Fees:

 

  • Goal setting : Pace/Time, Distance, Recovery, Rest, Hydration/Nutrition

  • Individual Run plans created for each runner based on pace goals, current levels (2 weekly runs solo, one Team run Saturday) 

  • FREE Phonetic Phitness® TEAM activewear Tank

  • Expectations (Effort must equal expectation)

  • Physiology and proper biomechanics 

  • Tempo work, Hill repeats, Pace runs, Flats, Fast-Slow - Endurance 

  • Speed drills for those wanting to improve pace

  • Shoe selection/cold weather clothing

  • Nutrition/ hydration before and after running

  • Recovery stretching/fuel needs

  • Weekly responsibilities/individual runs/homework

  • Group chat FB for support accountability

  • Weather (running in heat, humidity, rain, snow, etc)

  • Group runs (when/if possible), Individual runs 

  • ZOOM Team meetings every 4 weeks

  • All TEAMS train together as one with Different goals

  • and so much more -
