U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers participate in April Hartsook's Want Different Do Different® trainings during a Performance Triad program organized by the command and hosted on Fort Meade, Maryland. The fitness program is designed to help Soldiers who had either failed the Army Physical Fitness Test or had been on the Army Body Fat Composition program. Their training focuses on the triad of overall health: physical fitness, nutrition and sleep, by providing education and personalized coaching .
